Mr. Bothe has more than 18 years experience in the real estate industry that includes acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, strategic planning, investor relations, asset management, development, accounting, and forecasting. Prior to joining Silver Portal Capital, Mr. Bothe was a Principal with Paloma Advisors, a boutique real estate consulting firm that provides sophisticated financial and strategic advisory services to real estate companies, private investment firms, real estate developers and other owners and operators of real estate across a variety of asset types. Previously, Mr. Bothe served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Arden Realty, Inc. (NYSE: ARI), the largest owner of commercial real estate in Southern California with approximately 19 million square feet of office property and a total market capitalization of over $3.0 billion. While at Arden, Mr. Bothe managed the issuance of over $1 billion in equity transactions, closed over $1.5 billion of debt transactions, and underwrote and performed due-diligence on over $1.5 billion of acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Bothe has also held positions with Ernst & Young (E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group) as a real estate consultant and KPMG Peat Marwick as a senior auditor.

Mr. Bothe graduated Cum Laude and with distinction in Accounting from San Diego State University. Mr. Bothe also earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.
