Mr. Quinlan has worked at Linneman Associates, a real estate consulting firm, and has been published in The Linneman Letter, a research periodical focused on the real estate industry. Additionally, he has held internships with institutions dealing with national security, Congressional lobbying, and criminal law.

At Silver Portal Capital, Mr. Quinlan is responsible for the analysis of joint ventures and private equity capital raising transactions as well as financial and strategic advisory for public and private real estate companies.

Mr. Quinlan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
